Anytime Gimli or Legolas say a number, take a drink. 

Every time Sam stands up for himself (or grows balls), take a shot. 

Blackout: 

Whenever you see Shelob (the giant spider), take a drink. 

For every time that Legolas shoots an arrow, take two drinks. 

Anytime Aragorn and Arwen appear together, take three drinks. 

Every time Sam and Frodo fight, take a shot. 

If you cried at any point during the movie, take five shots. 

For those of you that want to bone Liv Tyler with her elf ears on, take ten shots.
